Defective - damaged items will be exchanged if possible or refunded.

Food items not returnable
Other non food items may be returned for store credit. Please contact us within 24hrs of receipt and return within 7 days.
All returns must have a return auth number on the outside of package.
Packages returned without auth will not be credited.

What are your Hours of Operation
Because we are not a retail location we constantly monitor the online stores 7 days a week. If you have a concern you can email us and we will probably be able to answer your question within a couple hours.
What are your shipping terms
Shipping discounts are gladly provided. The Shipping calculators are not always correct.
After your purchase is complete and BEFORE you check out. If you have multiple items REQUEST A TOTAL FROM SELLER !!. Your items will be packaged and weighed and a updated invoice will be sent reflecting your combined shipping discount.
Shipping choices are normally USPS Priority or UPS. Packages under 3lb usually ship priority. We also offer Flat Rate shipping boxes. Within the states charges are $9.95 for a regular flat rate box or $12.95 for a Large Flat Rate box.
International Shipping: We offer 1st class shipping on some of our smaller items. Insurance is normally included in the shipping price. Please check individual listings for details. We also ship USPS Priority International and UPS Standard ground to Canada.
IMPORTANT NOTE-- Although 1st class international is less expensive it does take awhile for shipments to arrive to you, sometimes up to 6 weeks. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping options.
Our shipping and packing is done on MON-WED-FRI- Evenings. All items ordered and payments cleared by noon on these days will be packaged that evening. You will receive a shipping notification from us on these evenings and your packages will leave our hands on TUES-THURS-SATURDAYS.

Are all items always in stock if I use the checkout system.
We try very hard to keep our quantity updated. We do sell on multiple sites so the chance does exist although rare that a item would be out of stock. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs and provide you with a estimated ship date. If you prefer to change or cancel your order we will immediately refund your money or change your order.

Our items are offered to USA customers at this time using the shipping calculator. We do offer our products Worldwide also, International customers please contact for shipping prices -- We are working on integrating international into our calculator.
